- HUNTSVILLE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Commission Meeting, July 25, 2019, 7:00 p.m., Huntsville Town Hall. DATE: JULY 25TH, 2019 PLACE: Huntsville Town Hall, 7309 E. 200 S. TIME: 7:00 P.M. The items to be discussed are as follows: 1) Roll call. 2) Approval of Minutes for Planning Commission Meeting May 23rd, 2019. 3) Approval of Minutes for Planning Commission Meeting June 28th, 2019. 4) Discussion and/or action on Land Use Permit for Sonja Hartman Shupe shed, parcel #24-016-001, 6984 East 200 South. 5) Discussion and/or action on Jeff & Jenna Holt Parcel Consolidation Application, parcel #201470003 and #201470004. 6) Discussion and/or action on Land Use Permit for Dan Davis home, parcel #240140043, 7436 E 100 S. 7) Discussion and/or action on One Horse Subdivision for Jennifer Sorenson, parcel # 240140042, 7458 E 100 S. 8) Discussion and/or action on public hearing for Title 4 edits. 9) Discussion on appeals authority ordinance edits. 10) Discussion and/or action on Ordinance 15.6.2, accessory buildings. 11) Discussion on corner lot set-backs. 12) Discussion on timeshares and storage containers 13) Discussion on motor homes in commercial zones. 14) Motion to adjourn.
