RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Charles Blakey is seeking a conditional use permit for a home based business, 'Charlie's Lawn Care' to be located at 2993 West Kings Mtn Court. - Claribel Tejada is requesting a rezone of property located at 11602 South Redwood Road. The property is currently zoned C-PO (Professional Office), the requested zone is C-G (Commercial Gateway). - Chanell Cordova is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Based Business for 'Ivy League Learners' an in-home preschool to be located at 4079 West Adler Road. - Riverton City is proposing changes to the Land Use Code regarding the operation of short-term residential rental properties. - Delwin Craig is requesting a rezone of a portion of a parcel located at 1965 West 11800 South from RR-22 to R-3 (Single Family Residential, 14,000-sf lots). - Delwin Craig is requesting a conditional use permit for a private lane for 4 lots located at 2021 West 11800 South.
