- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning the City's intent to seek financing for a new swimming pool/community development center, outlining said financing request, operation and maintenance control and costs.
