- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, during a regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South, regarding the following matters: Major Home Occupation - Request of Tiffany Litster for a Major Home Occupation Preschool called Strong Sprouts located at 3246 S 575 W §10.35.040 Home Occupation - Employee Parking Standards §10.83 Mixed Use Development Zone (MXD) All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
