1. Call to Order 2. Regular Agenda 2.1. Public hearing and recommendation of Gardner Batt's request for approval of the Gardner Batt 1200 West concept, an 8.12-acre development located at approximately 2900 North 1200 West. 2.2. Consideration of Atlas Tower I, LLC's request for site plan approval of a Stealth Facility to be located at 1825 North 1450 West. 2.3. Public hearing and consideration of Pascal Meyer's request for conditional use approval of the Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash site plan located at 1195 East Main Street in a Commercial zone. 2.4. Public hearing and consideration of Wendy Swain's requests for conditional use approval for a Bed & Breakfast site plan to be located in an existing home at 3919 West Oak Crest Drive in an RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zone. 2.5. Consideration of Kaylyn Brough's request for approval of the Lehi Gateway Medical Office (Cook Orthodontics building) site plan located at 2284 West Main Street. 2.6. Public hearing and recommendation of Darren Jones' request for RA-1 (residential/agriculture) zoning on the Jones Legacy Estates annexation, 1.42-acres of property located at 1330 East 600 North. 2.7. Public hearing and recommendation of Darren Jones' request for review of the Jones Legacy Estates concept, a 2-lot residential development located at 1330 East 600 North. 2.8. Public hearing and recommendation of Rimrock Construction's request for review of a Development Code amendment to include a new use in Table 05.030.B including regulations for Hobby Caves. 2.9. Public hearing and recommendation of Paul Anderson's request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 26 to change the minimum lot size requirement for an accessory dwelling unit. 3. City Business 4.
