PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Payson City Planning Commission hearing will be held on Wednesday July 31, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson to receive public input on the following: The South Haven Farms subdivision, includes approximately 40 acres in the recently approved Holdaway Pleasant Flats Annexation, and will include four (4) lots. The annexation area included property adjacent to and south of SR 198 extending to 100 South (10300 South, Utah County coordinate system), and between 1300 East and 1500 East (2100 West, Utah County coordinate system). The properties are owned by Richard & Yvonne Holdaway and Pleasant Flats Properties LC. The parcels are currently used primarily for agricultural purposes. The proposed uses include professional & medical office, high and mid-density multifamily housing, and commercial. Walkera Development LC requests to rezone lot 4 of The Depot Plat A, parcel number 37:292:0004, located at 614 N 400 West. The property is 5.35 acres and currently in the S-1 (Highway Commercial) zone and the requested zone is the RMF (Residential Multi-Family Zone). Jerry Robinson requests to apply the TS-O overlay (Transit Station Overlay) to 48.17 acres at approximately 800 South and 1700 West to allow a master planned walkable community around a higher education facility. The property includes parcel numbers 30:060:0056, 30:060:0030, 30:060:0040, 30:060:0014, 30:060:0069, and is currently zoned A-5-H (Agricultural Holding), R-1-A (Residential Agriculture) and S-1 (Highway Commercial).
