Invitation to Bid Parking Lot Project The Box Elder Community Health Center invites bids for the Ex-Out, Grade, and Pave of its parking lot located at 5 West 200 North, Brigham City, Utah 84302. The parking lot is approximately 10,300 square feet. The work includes ex-out of existing asphalt and road base, furnish grade, and compact 8' of road base, prepare grade for asphalt, furnish place and compact 3' of asphalt. The project needs to be completed this year. The project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses. Local, minority and woman-owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected. A pre-bidding meeting is scheduled at 5 West 200 North, Brigham City on July 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Sealed bids will be received at the office of Box Elder Community Health Center, 5 West 200 North, Brigham City on or before Monday, July 29, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Box Elder Community Health Center, 5 West 200 North, Brigham City on July 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Box Elder Community Health Center is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
