- A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. DISCLOSURES D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: June 24, 2019 Town Council Meeting June 24, 2019 Town Council Closed Session July 9, 2019 Town Council Meeting E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT (Limited to three (3) minutes) Non-Agenda Items F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. MONUMENTS RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTER DISCUSSION. Richard Birch, Monument Residential Treatment Center will answer questions from the Council regarding the residential treatment center located in Dry Lakes. 2. PHASE II TOWN WALKING TRAIL. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will discuss and give direction on the Phase II of the Town Walking Trail. 3. POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential future agenda items. 4. TOWN PIT FIELD TRIP. The Council will take a field trip to the Town pit to consider future uses for the pit area. G. ADJOURNMENT
