- Only the Market Value of any property may be officially appealed by appointment to the County Board of Equalization in the County Administration Building at 734 North Center Street Duchesne on these dates: August 27, 2019, 10AM-6PM and August 29, 2019, 10AM-6PM. Your application and all supporting facts must be filed with the Duchesne County Board of Equalization no later than September 16th 2019. You may not be seen if you attend without first obtaining an appointment date and time. For an appointment call 435-738-1110. Appeal forms may be picked up at the Assessor's Office, Auditor's Office or can be obtained online at duchesne.utah.gov. All completed forms must be in the Assessor's Office or Auditor's Office prior to your appointment. The appeal procedures and dates on this notice apply to locally assessed properties only. All applicants requesting an adjustment MUST HAVE DOCUMENTATION establishing a basis for their appeal or their appeal may be dismissed.
