NOTICE OF PUBLIC INPUT
The Ogden City Council will be considering a request to amend the West Ogden Community Plan and rezone property located at 2504 F Avenue from Single Family Residential (R-1-5) and Open Space (O-1) to Professional/Institutional (PI). The petitioner is requesting the amendment and rezone in order to develop the area for civic/community use for construction of a new facility for Catholic Community Services. The Planning Commission reviewed this request at its June 5, 2019 meeting and is recommending Council approval.
The City Council will receive public input at the City Council meeting to be held Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located on the third floor of the Municipal Building at 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden Utah.
