NOTICE OF PUBLIC INPUT
The Ogden City Council will be considering a request to increase the maximum height of buildings directly adjacent to 12th Street from 45 feet and three stories to 58 feet and four stories on the north side of 12th Street between Monroe Boulevard and Harrison Boulevard. In addition, the petitioner is requesting to change the unit size within the 12th Street Overlay Zone for apartments from a minimum of 1,000 square feet to an average of no less than 800 square feet and for single-family row houses from a minimum of 1,400 square feet to an average of no less than 1,275 square feet. The petitioner is requesting the amendment to develop the property on the north side of 12th Street between Monroe Boulevard and Harrison Boulevard. The Planning Commission reviewed this request at its June 5, 2019 meeting and is recommending Council approval.
The City Council will receive public input at the City Council meeting to be held Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located on the third floor of the Municipal Building at 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden Utah.
