- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is Hereby Given that the Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 beginning at 7:15 p.m. at the Gunnison City Hall located at 38 West Center. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding: 1. A Proposed Amendment to the Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance Regarding Required Street Improvements for Streets Located Within Minor Subdivisions In compliance with ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Janell Braithwaite at the Gunnison City offices, 38 West Center, Gunnison, Utah (435-528-7969) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
