- Notice is hereby given that the Bear River City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on July 18, 2019, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bear River City Civic Center, 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River, Utah. 1. Meeting Called to Order - Welcome - Opening Ceremony - Roll Call 2. Action on minutes- June 20, 2019 3. Planning and Zoning Report- Karey Pelch 4. Discussion and Possible Action- Remodel placement because of city ditch crossing the property- Steward 5. Discussion and Possible Action- Building Rental for Residential Use- Henrie 6. Road Right of Way Application for Funding from State Roads Funds 7. Discussion and Possible Action- Technical Corrections Chapter 8 Section B- Subdivision Ordinance 8. Future considerations 9. Assignments for next meeting 10. Adjournment Planning Commission meetings are public meetings. All issues and items voted on during the meeting must be on the agenda.
