KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular council meeting on Thursday, July 18, 2019, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. A Municipal Building Authority Board Meeting will be held prior to the council meeting at 6:45 p.m. An Architectural Review Committee Meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the City Council meeting adjourns. MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY BOARD MEETING - 6:45 P.M. CITY COUNCIL MEETING - 7:00 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. OPENING a. Provided by Council Member Jake Garn. 2.
