PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Land Use Hearing Officer will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at, 108 S. 100 E,, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Variance from City Code Section 10-9B-5: Lot Frontage (Battle Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Phil Hatch for a variance from City Code Section 10-9B-5 which requires all lots or parcels to abut a public street for a minimum distance of thirty-five feet (35') for properties in the R1 Zones. The subject property is located at 25 South 1400 East in the R1-20 (Residential Single-family) Zone. Public Hearing: Variance from City Code Section 10-9B-4: Lot Width (Grove Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Allan Erb for a variance from City Code Section 10-9B-4 which requires a minimum lot width of 100 feet for properties in the R1-20 Zone. The aforementioned variance is to allow the creation of a new lot, through a subdivision process, with a width less than the required by the City Code.
