Request for Information (RFI) Tooele City 90 North Main Tooele City, Utah 84074 Notice is hereby given that Tooele City Corporation (OWNER) will accept Request For Information for cost proposals for transporting/hauling Biosolids from Tooele City Reclamation plant to Wasatch Regional Landfill. Described as general as: Contractor agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts (dump truck, side dump, pup trailer) to transport/haul load of Biosolids from 3300 North 1200 West, Erda, Utah to Wasatch Regional Landfill located at 8833 North Rowley Road, Skull Valley, Utah. Approximately 37 miles one way. Approximately 52 minutes drive time (one way). Biosolids are in the form of a granular fertilizer product. Smells may be associated with the Reclamation process. Contractors to obey all traffic laws and DOT regulations. Drivers must carry insurance and licensing required by the State of Utah. All Local/State/ and Federal laws are applicable in transporting/hauling material, which include but not limited to; weight, hours, and safety of vehicle. Requests will be broken into two line items based on: 1. Hourly rate:_____________________________________________ 2. Per ton rate (at least 10 tons per load):________________________ RFI's will be received by the OWNER in the Public Works Office, of the Tooele City Municipal Offices located at 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074, until 1:00 PM on Wednesday July 31st, 2019. They can also be emailed to SteveE@tooelecity.org RFI Document and Map will be issued in digital format, and may be obtained by contacting Tooele Public Works Office, 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 beginning on Monday July 19, 2019 during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling (435) 843-2130, Option 1.
