Approval of Minutes from April 24, 2019 4. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Library Board regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to three minutes. 5. New Business a. Virtual Reality Equipment Demonstration b. Virtual Reality Policy Discussion c. Discuss Advertising for Library Activities 6. Unfinished Business a. Vote on Board Positions b. Discuss Recruiting New Board Member 7. Board Reports a. Library Director's Report b. Business Topics for the Next Board Meeting 8. Calendar Items a. Next Library Board Meeting will be held on October 16, 2019 b. Beginning Computer Class on Tuesdays from 9-11 a.m. (Senior Center) c. Computer Help Class on Wednesdays from 9-11 a.m. (Senior Center) d. Advanced Computer Class on Thursdays from 9-11 a.m. (Senior Center) e. Children's Story Hour on Fridays at 10 a.m. (Tremonton Library) f. Adult BBQ Cooking Class on July 13 from 4-6 p.m. (Library Park Bowery -- $5 cost) g. Teens After Hours: Galaxie Space Glow Activity from 6:30-7:45 (Tremonton Library) h. Visiting Young Adult Authors: Samantha Hastings, Crystal Smith, Tiana Smith, and Ruth Anne Snow from 1-3 p.m. (Tremonton Library) i. Creative Writing Class by Jared Garrett from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Tremonton Library -- $10 cost) 9. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Board may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance.
