HIGHLAND CITY NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION AND SAMPLE BALLOT In accordance with Section 20A-5-405 of the Utah State Code, the sample ballot for Highland City is as follows: [see attached document] ***Please note that Kelly Branan and Tina Grundman withdrew from the election after the ballots were printed. Any votes for Kelly or Tina will not be counted.*** Registered voters will be eligible to vote in the Highland City Primary Election by submitting their completed ballot in the mail or at the Drop Box located on the north side of Highland City Offices. A voter service center will be open at Highland City Offices, 5400 W Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT, on August 13, 2019 from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm to assist with the Vote by Mail process and Ballot Drop Off. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS In accordance with the Americans Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 at least three days in advance of the meeting.
