- OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION The 2019 Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. Ballots will be mailed out to eligible voters on or before July 23. Voters must be of legal voting age, citizens of the United States, and residents of the voting precinct in which they are registered.
