1. Jacob Ballstaedt, representing Garbett Homes, requests an amendment to the ERU number used in the Council action regarding Density Determination for The Pointe, a townhome project in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). The original motion included a density determination of 123 ERUs for 160 townhome units. The request is to amend the motion to be 152 ERUs for 160 units so that the size of the townhomes can be increased above 1,500 square feet. No additional units are being requested and the request does not include any other changes to the Master Plan other than the unit size. -Austin Corry
2. A proposed code text amendment to Wasatch County Code sections 16.04 Definitions, 16.08 Residential Agriculture Zone (RA-1), and 16.27 Development Standards primarily regarding cleanup of redundant language, reorganization for clarity, and some changes to align the code with the General Plan. Additional changes to various other chapters of Title 16 are included to remove references to a planned performance development section of the code which was previously removed. -Austin Corry
