PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a special Town Council meeting on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 beginning at 3:30 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) Town Council Meeting I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance II. Council Business A. Consideration for and adoption of Parameters Resolution authorizing the issuance of Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Annabella Town and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project B. Amend Ordinance 2004-01, and ordinance providing compensation of elected officers of Annabella Town III.
