CENTRAL WASATCH COMMISSION STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 2019 @ 3:00PM COMMUNITY ROOM 2277 EAST BENGAL BLVD COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, UT 84121 A. OPENING - 3 - 3:10 i. Greg Summerhays will conduct the meeting as Chair of the Stakeholders Council. ii. The Stakeholders Council will consider approving the meeting minutes of Wednesday, June 19th. B. TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS AND PROCESS INFORMATION AND DISUSSION SESSION - 3:10 - 4:00 i. Executive Director Ralph Becker and UDOT Project Manager, John Thomas will lead an information and discussion session on the Little Cottonwood Environmental Impact Statement, and the Cottonwood Canyons Action Plan. C. MILLCREEK CANYON SHUTTLE SUBCOMMITTEE UPDATE - 4:00 - 4:15 i. Subcommittee lead Brian Hutchinson will provide an update on progress the subcommittee made in June and July. D. CREATION OF SHC SUBCOMMITTEE ON VISITOR CAPACITY - 4:15 - 4:25 i. Dr. Kelly Bricker will lead a subcommittee on visitor capacity in the Central Wasatch. E. CWC STAFF REPORT - 4:25 - 4:35 i. CWC Executive Director Ralph Becker will provide a brief overview of the work CWC staff accomplished or made progress with during June and July. F. OPEN DISCUSSION - 4:35 - 5 G. ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING At or before 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15th 2019, the undersigned does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda and agenda was (1) posted at either the CWC's principal office or at the building where the meeting is to be held; (2) posted on the Utah Public Notice Website created under UTAH CODE ANN. 63F-1-701; and (3) provided to The Salt Lake Tribune and/or Deseret News and to a local media correspondent. Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed. Members of the Stakeholders Council may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
