- 7:00 Roll Call Approval of meeting minutes from regular meeting 7/11 7:10 Citizens to be heard 7:20 Old Business Recommendation to seek International Dark Sky Community designation (Burak) Indigenous acknowledgement statement added to General Plan (Podmore) Discussion of Public Hearing on General Plan, roles and responsibilities, rules (Burak) 7:45 New Business Review zoning maps and make final corrections (All); Items to discuss include: 7th East to Blacklocust, Increase in R-2 designations, Multiple uses of property for land owners, Minimum lot sizes 8:30 Adjourn Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Tuesday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Thursday scheduled meeting. An Agenda Item Request form can be found online at http://townofbluff.org/planning-zoning/. Our next regular meeting will be held at the Bluff Community Center on Thursday, August 1 at 7:00pm. *** The regular meeting for July 25 is CANCELLED due to the Public Hearing*** ***Public Hearing on the General Plan will be Thursday, July 25th, 2019 at 5:30pm***
