Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday July 10, 2019 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Review and Approval of minutes from June 12, 2019 and June 24, 2019 Town Council Meeting. 2.Review and Approval of June 13, 2019- July 10, 2019 Bills/Payroll. 3.Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: 4.Water- Tyson Nelson 5.Roads- Lesley Smith a)Discuss and vote on swathing the lane and trading the Samaria pipe for that service. b)Discussion of 8800 W, Work that still needs to be accomplished to finish. The town should mow the barrow pits by Oct. c)I will check with Mike John to see if there are any repairs to the truck or snow plow before winter. d)Does the town have any plans for Portage Days this year? e)The book 'Portage Then and Now' sales 6.Planning and Zoning- Martina John a)Discuss and approve the variance for Ed Rodgers 7.Parks-Tyson Nielson 8.Fire Department - Fire Chief Robert Barrow 9.Sgt.
