IVINS CITY ARTS COMMISSION Agenda Wednesday, July 10, 2019 5:00 pm Ivins City Hall - Council Chambers (main floor) 435-628-0606 1. Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss & consider approval of the minutes for June 12, 2019. b. Discuss City Council actions at the June 20th meeting: (1) Amending the powers and duties of the Arts Commission; (2) Amending the Arts RAP Tax application process c. Discuss grant review criteria d. Discuss candidates and process for recommending people to serve on the Commission e. Discuss involvement in Heritage Days. f. Discuss changes and additions to our information on the Ivins City website, including current versions of Explore the Arts in Ivins and the Arts Master Plan. g. Continue discussion of student art exhibit-competition h. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. Next meeting: August 14, 2019 at 5 pm b. Items to be placed on future agendas 4.
