Call to Order - Chair Cameron Spendlove 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest C. PUBLIC HEARING: 3. Motion to CLOSE the Public Meeting and OPEN the Public Hearing OPEN PUBLIC HEARING to allow public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE RESTATING CHAPTER ONE GENERAL PROVISIONS & INTRODUCTION TO DEFINITIONS. ('VULU'). b. AN ORDINANCE EXPRESSLY DEFINING AND MODERATING CAMPING IN ANY ZONE WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN EXCEPT IN APPROVED AND LEGAL NON-CONFORMING CAMPGROUNDS. c. AN ORDINANCE RESTATING CHAPTER TWENTY COMMERCIAL ZONE. ('VULU'). 4. Motion to CLOSE the Public Hearing and OPEN the Public Meeting Open Forum: Limit 2 minutes per speaker: D. PUBLIC MEETING 5. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed an Ordinance restating Chapter 1 - General Provisions & Introduction to Definitions. ('VULU'). 6. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed an Ordinance expressly defining and moderating camping in any zone within the municipal boundaries of the town except in approved and legal non-conforming campgrounds. 7. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Ordinance #2019-10 AMENDING Chapter 20 of VULU (Commercial). 8. Discussion and possible recommendation to approve or deny proposed Ordinance number 2019-12 expressly defining and moderating camping in any zone within the municipal boundaries of the Town except in approved and legal non-conforming campgrounds. 9. Review and Discussion of Food Truck Standards. 10. Review and Discussion of Chapter 4 - Lighting. 11. Review and Discussion of Chapter 1 - Definitions (version #2) Commissioner Comments: E.
