CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of its meeting to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction and to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed recorder for the municipality of Beaver, Utah, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website, and each member of the governing body and posted in the public place of the meeting on the 8th day of July, 2019.
