PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, July 08, 2019 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room #1 of the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah for the purpose of discussing and acting on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works Department Update - Discussion & Consideration Of Purchasing A Dump Truck For The Road Department - Discussion Of Fair Board Bylaws & Board Member Compensation - Auditors Office - Vouchers -Tax Adjustments- Deferrals-Fund 41 Purchases- Payroll - Consideration Of Business Licenses For Red Dog, LLC, The Designer Minky Co., & Wat's Up #2 - Consideration Of Surplus Equipment - Consideration Of Amendments To The Indigent Defense Grant Agreement - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions To Discuss: 1 - The Character, Professional Competence, Or Physical Or Mental Health Of An Individual; 2 - Collective Bargaining; 3 - Pending Or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4 - The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, Or Lease Of Real Property; 5 - Deployment Of Security Personnel, Devises, Or Systems; And 6 - Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations Of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration To Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Consideration Of Minutes For Combined Commission Meeting Held June 24th & July 1st, 2019 - Discussion Of Possible Subjects For The Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring &Weekly Update On Events - Adjournment
