Description/Agenda: The MENDON CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The MENDON CITY tax on a $309,000 residence would increase from $271.75 to $340.41, which is $68.66 per year. The MENDON CITY tax on a $309,000 business would increase from $494.09 to $618.93, which is $124.84 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, MENDON CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 25.23% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
