KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and introduction of new Planning Commission members. 2. Election of Planning Commission Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson. 3. Training on roles and responsibilities of the Planning Commission. 4. Approval of the minutes from the meeting on June 27, 2019. 5. Conditional use permit for tennis lessons at 102 S. Shadow Way for Michael Scott Jones. 6. Conditional use permit for contractor-fence installer at 595 E. 100 S. for Eric Larmore. 7. Conditional use permit for a new telecommunication tower at approximately 950 W. Sportsplex drive (Barnes Park) for T-Mobile/Rock Schutjer (Tabled item). 8. Work session - continued discussion on housing options. 9. Call to the public. 10. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 11.
