The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Harlie Robinson 4. Horse & Buggy Days 5. CIB Application - Bond Attorney, RFP For Engineering Firm, followup. 6. A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF A LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY, AURTHORIZING OFFICIAL ACTION, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 7. Town Employee Report 8. Animal Control Officer Report 9. - 10. Town Hall open - followup 11. Community Get Togethers - Follow up - July?? 12. Forgive overage - Postoffice 13. Board Member Reports/Concerns 14. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 15. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 16. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
