- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct public hearings on July 16, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for: - Development Code amendments in Titles 16 and 17 including but not limited to street trees, and residential codes. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
