- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss a conditional use permit request from Kristie Beardall, to have a pet grooming salon in her home, located at 646 South 600 East. Written comment, addressed to Commissioner Cindy Schaub, will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
