- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, during a regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South, regarding the following matters: Rezone & Subdivision Preliminary Plat - Request from C.W. Land Co for a Zone Change from R-1 to RPC and Shoreline Subdivision Preliminary Plat consisting of 115 +/- acres located at approx. 2500 W 3000 S Major Home Occupation - Request of Kimberli Hunt for a Major Home Occupation Preschool called All About Me Preschool located at 1357 W 2375 S §10.35.040 Home Occupation - Employee Parking Standards §10.100 Mixed Use Development Zone (MXD) All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
