AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION, JULY 17, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on July 19, 2019 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Review and action on a site plan for an accessory structure located in the area of 851 West 620 South in the PR 3.0 Residential zone 3. Hearing, review and action on a request for reasonable accommodation for a residential facility for persons with disabilities located at 98 Roosevelt Ave in the R-2-7,500 Residential zone 4. Hearing, review and action on a Land Use Map Amendment from the Residential Medium Density to the Design Commercial designation located at 76 Roosevelt Avenue 5. Hearing, review and action on a Zone Map Amendment from the R-2-7,500 Residential to the SC-1 Planned Shopping Center zone located at 76 Roosevelt Avenue 6.
