Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE LEWISTON CITY -The LEWISTON CITY is proposing to increase its property Tax revenue. -The LEWISTON CITY tax on a $209,000 residence would increase from $247.72 to $236.01, which is $15.29 per year. -The LEWISTON CITY tax on a $209,000 business would increase from $450.40 to $478.19, which is $27.79 per year. -If the proposed budget is approved, LEWISTON CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 6.19% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
