- TOWN of PORTAGE Wednesday July 3, 2019 Planning and Zoning Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday July 3, 2019 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. This meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony 1.Approve May 1, 2019 minutes 2.Ed Rodgers. Vote: variance, regardless this lot is for sale as a building lot it is zoned commercial 3/4 in the rural residential 2 acres lot size is .57 acres 3.Discuss and vote Section 17 in town of portage water ordinance (period of stay for visitors), need to make decision and change to the RV ordinance. 31 days in water ordinance and 181 days in RV ordinance. 4.Add sensitive land map and overlay & a new section to land use ordinance section. Add mention of this to welcome pack 5.Discuss Fines info. 6.Discuss Apartments; section 109 7.Discuss vote on Stockwater connection/water ordinance 8.Discuss and vote on : Codes/Ordinances-Table of Content, Terms, Index, Sections: 101, 102, 103 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118
