- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map affecting the property located at 160 East Center Street. The purpose of the hearing is to clarify that the property, formerly occupied by Valley Builders, is in the D zone (Downtown) rather than the RM-11 zone (multi-family residential).
