- The planning commission of the Town of Bluff shall hold a public hearing on the above stated date. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the original adoption of the general plan for the incorporated town of Bluff, Utah. This public hearing is set pursuant to Utah Code 10-9a-204 to allow members of the public a reasonable opportunity to be heard and to comment on the proposed general plan.
