CITY OF SANTA CLARA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the City of Santa Clara has received a request from ENLAW LLC, property owner to adjust the municipal boundary line with Ivins City for Six acres at the most northern and eastern boundary of the City of Santa Clara. The request would transfer Six acres from Santa Clara City to Ivins City. On May 22, 2019 the Santa Clara City Council adopted a resolution indicating the City Council's intent to adjust the boundary that Santa Clara City has in common with Ivins City, unless at or before the public hearing written protests to the adjustment are filed with the Santa Clara City Recorder by owners of private property located within the area proposed for adjustment. The public hearing will be held on August 14, 2019 at 5pm in the Santa Clara City Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Dr. Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to examine, express any concerns and give any input they may have with the proposed amendments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify City Recorder Chris Shelley at 673-6712 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
