INVITATION TO BID Tooele City 90 North Main Tooele City, Utah 84074 Notice is hereby given that Tooele City Corporation (OWNER) will accept bids for the Demolition of Obsolete Waste Water Treatment Facility, described in general as: Demolition of Seven (7) existing structures at the Obsolete Waste Water Treatment Facility. Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in Room 227, of the Tooele City Municipal Offices located at 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 until 11:00 AM on Tuesday July 30, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Project Specifications will be issued in digital format (PDF), and may be obtained by contacting Tooele City Public Works Department, 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 beginning on Wednesday July 3, 2019 during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling (435) 843-2130. All Bidders must register with the City in order to be considered for Award of Bid. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Prospective BIDDERS are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference which will be held in Room 224, of the Tooele City Municipal Offices at 11:00 AM on Tuesday July 16, 2019. The object of the conference is to acquaint BIDDERs with the site conditions, specifications, and to answer any questions which BIDDERs may have concerning the project.
