Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE NIBLEY CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The NIBLEY CITY tax on a $299,000 residence would increase from $229.90 to $274.14, which is $44.24 per year. - The NIBLEY CITY tax on a $299,000 business would increase from $418.00 to $498.43, which is $80.43 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, NIBLEY CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 19.27% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. To obtain more information regarding the tax increase, citizens may contact NIBLEY CITY at 435-752-0431.
