NORTH SUMMIT RECREATION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING and MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the North Summit Recreation Special Service District will hold a regular meeting on Monday July 1, 2019 at the Summit County Courthouse located at 60 North Main Street in conference room 1B. Meeting will start at 6:00 P.M. The agenda will be as follows. 1-Roll Call 2-Approval of Minutes 3-Approval of Accounts Payable 4-Recreation District agenda items A. Administration Updates-Nathan Brooks 1. NSRSSD mill levy updates - Public Education Update- Kirsten Dodge with Wilkinson Ferrari & Co. - Henefer 4th of July and the Summit County fair - Adoption of the resolution- when to pass? - Assignment follow up and next steps - Open houses? 2. Park project update and assignment discussion-Nathan Brooks - Update from Tyler Hoffman with Centerpoint construction - Timeline of needed items/ permits and legal agreements - Ground breaking ceremony/party - Funding updates 3. Recreation director discussion-Nathan Brooks - Discuss Nate's current situation and the roles of the board members B. Athletic Director Updates-Nathan Brooks 1. Contact football registration 2.
