- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its work meeting on Monday, July1, 2019 at the Eureka City Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm 1.
