- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Joseph Egbert for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a construction business out of his home at 171 East 200 South.
