- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday July 1, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda Mayor will open the meeting stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the June 17, 2019 Council Meeting 2. Girl State girls and Boy State boys report on what they learned about government. 3. Tracy Bradshaw: Shaved ice. 4. Review Library applications 5. Finalize 4th of July activities 6. Pay bills Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1.
