PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
Zone change amendment to expand the 'Use List' for the 'Green Door Boutique' site in the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone located at the northeast corner of 300 North and 500 West Streets.
Zone change from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential, minimum lot size 10,000 square feet) to R-1-6 (Single Family Residential, minimum lot size 6,000 sq ft) on approximately 34.26n acres. This property is generally located at Divario Canyon Drive and Sentieri Vista Drive near the City border in the Divario Ridge subdivision.
General plan amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) land use designation to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 4.56 acres generally located at 1400 E. Riverside Drive, east of River Road.
General plan amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) land use designation to COM (Commercial) and MDR (Medium Family Residential) land use designation on approximately 9.49 acres generally located east of River Road at Fort Pierce Drive.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
