- Millcreek, Utah Public Hearing Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, July 8, 2019, at approx. 7:00 p.m., at Millcreek City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearing will be held before the City Council: to consider an appropriation of $6,000 to the Canyon Rim Citizens Association; $5,000 to the East Mill Creek Community Council; $3,000 to the Mt. Olympus Community Council; $15,000 to the Millcreek Community Council; $125,000 for events (Utah Venture Outdoors, Inc. for the Venture Out! series, and Millfreaks, the annual Halloween party); $5,000 to the rain barrel program, and $6,000 to Millcreek Arts Council. Pursuant to the requirement of Utah Code Ann. ยง10-2-8 a study regarding the appropriation was performed and is available for review by interested parties at City Hall, 3330 South 1300 East, during regular business hours between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Following the public hearing, the City Council may adopt an ordinance/resolution authorizing the appropriation. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearing should notify the ADA Coordinator at 801-214-2602 two days prior to the meeting date.
