Hooper, UT 84315 The Hooper City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the City office for the following: 1. Public Hearing - Preliminary Approval - Silver Saddles Subdivision; Forty-Two (42) lots, 3750 South and 5400 West. 2. Public Hearing - Final Approval - Brooks Estates Subdivision; Forty (40) lots, 5300 South and 4600 W., (17.6 acres)
