NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1. Invocation 2. Review Conditional Use Permit for Business License Application at Approximately 19 North Main, Maverik, with Proposed Approval to Recommend to City Council for Approval 3. Review Conditional Use Permit for Fence at Approximately 19 North Main, Maverik, with Proposed Approval to Recommend to City Council for Approval 4. Review Conditional Use Permit for Duplex at Approximately 160 East 500 South, Bryan Young, with Proposed Approval to Recommend to City Council for Approval 5. Review Gunnison City's Subdivision Ordinance, Section 115, Street Improvements for Streets Located within Minor Subdivisions 6. Approve Minutes 7.
